Huh... open the Device Manager and check if there's some camera being detected:
If there is, and it has a yellow triangle it could mean there's a problem with its driver, or the device itself, maybe it doesn't work because it is faulty; but if there's nothing, and no unknown device shows up either, it could mean its cable is disconnected somewhere (or it's faulty too).
I feel this is one of those issues that won't be easily fixed remotely without inspecting the machine.0 -
