Hi

Recently bought this Orion PO9-600 desktop with i7 9700K, RTX 2070, 16 GB ram

The issue is, that it seems that the left side of the front RGB lights are going crazy.
in PredatorSense (version 3.0.3010) I can deactivate it, but the left side still lights up in RGB kind rainbow color.

Well, it's not really responding.

Is there anything I can do,  or should I file for an RMA?

Here is the model, and gif image of the error:

You can briefly see the RGB going crazy on the left, but also the lower right side of the bar is also responding bad

There is not a lot that can go wrong with those. I'm betting one of the connectors on the MB is loose. Here's a layout of the MB showing both RGB connectors. Can you tell if one is not seated fully? You might look also at the Acer_LED header, I'm not sure what connects to it. I believe the OC_BTN header is input only, so shouldn't drive any of the features directly.
