    Hi everyone, i am also planning to buy Acer Predator Helios 300 but after seeing this forum, i am feeling that i should reconsider my decision. So many people facing the same problem of motherboard fault and then service center refusing the warranty bothers me a lot. Isn't it the duty of Acer to keep a check on their service centers for these types of complaints and should tell the service center guys that this problem needs to be addressed and not just refuse the repair/replacement to the customer? Please advise me whether I should buy or not I'm hell confused.

    alphatdm this goes for all manufacturers in general some service centers depending on the country run independently from the manufacturers just following the guidelines as its impossible for the manufacturers to have an HQ in every single country that would be completely madness and the only thing i ca say is that i never had any issues with any of my acer laptops neither my predator its true there are issues but its prob 100 in 1 million which its nothing in my view also there are and there will always be lemons in the basket this goes for any manufacturer on mass production in any category (for ex just take a look at the amount or toyota prius called back with  factory defects)
