Warranty Registration

So I tried to register my Acer Predator Helios 300 bought last June 30 (Philippines) in this link https://warranty.acer.com.ph/Registration/Notebook.
I made sure the images are less than 4mb.
In the warranty status https://warranty.acer.com.ph/lookup it says

No data found or Serial Number is incorrect!

Now, I am not sure if this is because my laptop's SN is still being recorded or if the registration information went through or not.
