Very much frustated with my laptop and acer

I bought my laptop on june 4th and its been only 1 month since i am using my laptop and day before yesterday my laptop suddenly got turned off 
i also tried to plug in my charger and turn it on, but there was no response from the laptop not even a charging light was lit...
I don't know what to do in this situation, i called the customer service they gave me some Appointment id and told me to go to nearest service center..
but today morning some acer representative came at my house and he checked my laptop and charger and he told me that my charger is not working properly so you will get new one from acer side but due to my country is under lockdown they told me that they cannot gove you the date when i ll receive my new charger...
I also cleared him that when my laptop got turned off, I had a battery around 30-40 percent so if the chrger was having the issue then its ok, but my laptop should have started right? He told me that according to him the charger is the problem and he don't know abt laptop...
I am really frustrated because its only been over 1 months since i bought my laptop and this happened...
I am not aboe to do my work from home 
my salary is getting deducted already in india we are facing this covid 19 issue... 
Please some help me what should i do
