hi everyone please help me.
I use Acer Swif 3 with Windows 10 Home with license from Acer.
The drive on my laptop is locked by bitlocker. I don't know why, because before I didn't know what bitlocker was.
and I ask this to Microsoft, they answer that on Windows 10 home they do not have the Bitlocker feature, except for the Pro / Enterprice version.
therefore I was asked to ask here.

    Good Morning EdRSwift3 !

Make sure your Bios has the bitlocker option enabled.
    If so, disable.

Just access your Bios and disable any Bitlocker option or password on the disk.

Have you seen any messages asking for money to decrypt the data? It's possible you've been hit with malware that encrypted the drive. With your SF314-54G there shouldn't be anything Bitlocker involved anywhere. I'm betting something is either hacked or you have a corrupted drive. It might be easiest to just start over with a fresh new Windows install.
