AN515-43 suddenly had black screen

Hi,

I just bought my laptop for exactly a week ago and i was just using spotify and mozilla when it suddenly went black screen. the keyboard is lighting up and it's charging (charge light is lighting) can someone please help me. i tried rebooting it but nothing happens

Hi,
You could try a battery reset, switch off the laptop, disconnect from mains,  press power button for 12-15Secs, let the laptop to rest for a while(15-20 Mins), reconnect AC adapter and fully charge the battery before starting to use.

hi we already did that, the screen is showing to the tv monitor but not on the laptop.

Hi,
It could be lose display cable or the panel failure, as it's a week old laptop, I would suggest you to return for a replacement, have you tried the F5 button which is the Display Toggle button to switch between external display and laptop panel?

yes,it only shows the one on the tv screen. hopefully i can replace it with another unit.
