Ok, something feels off here, Swift 5 (SF514-54GT)

First, it's a bit annoying that I dont know if Caps Lock or Num Lock are enabled, I can't see any small led or so, so I don't really know if numlock is on or off, caps is easier, I just type.

So, isn't the "full sun (f3)" suppose to make the screen more bright, not darker? Now it feels as if it's reversed, the sun with a hole in it makes the screen go brighter (f4).

Numlock is placed on the f12/NumLK button, however, it's not there. The function of it is on the Pause Brk button, two steps to the right. F12 works like it should though.

Could this be some strange setting, like wrong lanaguage/region settings? Is it possible to remap a keyboard layout yourself to fix issues like these?

Yeah, it's the white color that fools us... A solidly filled in sun is darkest and the empty one is lightest. I've got no idea why someone thought that was a good idea, but that's the way it is on most keyboards.
