i have some backlight bleed on the top bezels but its only visible when the screen is completely black , by that i mean during startup , after that its pretty much gone . your lower left bleed looks a bit much , does it affect color quality during work/gaming ?

I have some backlight bleed also and majority says that its normal in IPS type screen, but I think your lower left is too much. If it bothers you while gaming or too obvious whenever you do your stuff, try talking to acer service center available near you. I talked to someone with that kind of backlight bleed and his screen was replaced by Acer cause it is still within its 2 yr warranty.

Backlight bleeding cannot be completely eliminated, but there are ways to reduce it :
    1. Adjust the brightness of your display. Lower your brightness.
    2. Increase the light level in the room you are using the display in.
    3. Use light colored backgrounds and application themes.
