My Acer Aspire 3 doesn't turn on and need flash drive/installation disc to work (the problem is serious it shows error: 0xc0000001 and you can't go to safe mode), I don't have an installation disc so I tried to boot from my flash drive (Sandisk Cruzer Blade 16GB) however it doesn't show in the boot priority order in UEFI, what should i do? Do i need to put windows installation in my flash drive? please help me im not good in computers

I think Acer has a system restore procedure included in their machines, pressing Alt+F10 when the Acer logo appears when you turn on the laptop.

But if you weren't able to restore the system that way, you'd need to copy Windows installation files to that flash drive you have. One of the easiest ways would be to use the Media Creation tool Microsoft provides, with that tool you can download the necessary files and it'll copy them to the USB if you have it installed.

Another way would be to download the ISO file with that same tool and then use a different utility to copy those files to the USB stick, Rufus is kind of the go-to app for that, but given the Media Creation tool can do it there's no need to get the other one unless the result doesn't appear in the boot menu either.

Let us know how it goes, or if you need further assistance.
