Wanted to submit this directly to Acer, but - unless it's a brand new Acer - they don't wanna hear it!

"A) Acer Support Community member asked about my BIOS version
B) Thought finding it would be quick & easy (OK, I'm a bit of a cockeyed optimist - so sue me!)
C) Did Google search & found BIOS Version help article at Acer UK website -- or so I thought ...
____________
I  usually HOPE FOR & EXPECT some actual HELP when accessing Acer resources;
WHY - on my R5 571T, running Windows 10 Pro - can I NOT FIND ANY of the following? (as referenced in so-called "Help" article)

1) "All Apps"    NOPE! NADA!  Did you perhaps mean "Apps & Features"??
2) "Acer folder"? NOPE! NADA!
3) "Acer Care Center"?  NOPE! NADA!  Did you mean "Acer Quick Access" perhaps??
4) Green tile ... "My System"?   NOPE! NADA!
___________
WHY would a [so-called] Help article be so @$#% UN-helpful??
______________
And WHY would you (Acer) DEMAND a S/N or SNID just to contact you via Email or Chat ???
_______________
Consider me an EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED & AGGRAVATED Acer product owner!!

    My guess is the web page you were looking at was designed for Windows 7 instead of Windows 10, and a lot has changed since then. In Windows 10 this is how I look at my BIOS version:
    Press the Windows key and type "system". Select System Information. The BIOS version is on the line "BIOS Version/Date".
    Click on "Like" if you find my answer useful or click on "Yes" if it answers your question.
