Hi. I've purchased a ph315-52 helios 300 labtop about a year ago, and it's been a month since i've noticed an annoying fan rattling. It seems to be the gpu fan. I've searched online how to fix it. It seems other people have had the issue, but I just can't find a way to fix this. Also ii have bought this pc in america and i live in france so I have no warranty. Does anyone know what causes that issue, and how to fix it:/. I'd be really thankful.

@RenaudCartron the issue youre having its most probably due to either a wire touching the fan blades or even broken fan blades either way i would open it to check it if you can without voiding your warranty (seems the best way since you stated you dont have warranty as it was imported) or contact acer support asap to send it back if youre doing it yourself just make sure you have the proper tools a good precision screwdriver set with all the bits necessary and pry tools hope its nothing serious with the fan if something is broken you need to replace it asap good luck

Thank you for such a quick response :). I have already checked inside and even cleared all the dust. However I could not find anything that could be in contact with the fan and could cause the noise.

RenaudCartron could also be the fan bearing itself if you dindt founs anything wrong neither a damaged fan thats the only explanation i can think of in either case replacing it would always be the best solution just bare in mind the aeroblade fans are not available for sale outside of acer only acer parts partners etc you can even pm @Kev0806 directly if you wish

Then I'll try to check if the fan has a broken blade. Since you said that aeroblade fans are only available at acer parts and partners, does that mean i can't buy one ?
