Due to your Acer Nitro bought on February 24, 2019 being so new and its just out of warranty, I would contact your nearest Acer Service centre (as they are very fair) or go there and tell them and/or send them photos of the total destruction of this laptops case, which shouldn’t be happening and is absolutely disgusting to see (that is if you haven’t dropped it?) as Acer would know if you did.

Also and from personal experience, you can’t fix broken hinge problems especially if the mounting points and brackets are broken at either top or the bottom of its cases, you need either a new top or a bottom case and replace them. If you want to fix this (which I would not recommend) then you have to reinforce the broken points (of either or both top and bottom cases) with an aluminium bracket and make new mounting point and glue them etc etc you can’t just glue them as the glue will not hold the excessive force of the hinges, this is a specialist job and you need special tools and expertise. Good luck hope this helps.
