    I asked to service my Acer Projector last January 2020 in Noth Edsa, but until now there was no any updates. I tried to call them and they just keep on mentioning that they are still waiting for a certain part from China. I think its almost 6 months that the issue in my projector was not fixed and being prioritize. Not to brag, but I think this kind of service needs managed well by your superiors and supports. TY
