Hey all,

I love my Acer ED273UR. That said, the stand is garbage, and I want to upgrade it.

I'm looking at a few options.

A friend is offering me a stand from an Acer Predator X34, but it's in storage right now, and I wouldn't be able to test/install it until August. This would be my preferred course of action, but I'm not sure it would fit into place in my monitor.

OR

I'll buy a standard VESA compatible mount (guaranteed to fit, assuming weight tolerance)

OR

Is it possible to use another monitor's height adjustable stand? Not sure if guaranteed to fit, would take weight tolerance into account.

Let me know your thoughts.

Thanks!

I doubt the two monitors use the same stand mounts. They seldom do... Take your stand off and measure to make sure there are VESA mounting holes on the back. There may be a cover that has to pop off to access them.

Hi, I am similarly not satisfied with the stand. I love the ed273ur  to pieces since it has given me the ability to go from one computer to another for my work. However, desk space for me is at a premium. I have been wanting to mount it to my wall. I can't seem to find a compatible wall mount adaptor. Has anyone had any luck with an adapter. If not what have been your solutions to mounting it to the wall.
