Helios 300 PH315-52 CPU throttling issues

I had been facing CPU and GPU throttling issues in my Helios 300 PH315-52. I gave for a CPU repaste and vents cleaning under warranty. After I received my laptop, there were significant drops in the temperatures because the rear vents were almost completely blocked by dust. My GPU temperature stays at 75 C even at full load and fans at auto. The CPU temps are not satisfactory. They are 90-91 at full fan speed at 60-70% load. The CPU reaches max (92 C) at both Turbo mode or if I use the normal mode with fans at auto. I contacted the service center suspecting that they might have used a cheap thermal paste for the CPU but it seems they had used Arctic MX-4. I checked the thermal tests of my model on youtube and found out that I shouldn't be getting those high temps and throttles. What could possibly be wrong with my laptop?

Will repasting the laptop myself using a high quality paste like Kryonaut be of any help?

@shantanuthakur1 Maybe the tech that did the repaste didn't do the best job on the CPU, even if they used Arctic MX-4. Also consider that your temps are affected by ambient temperatures more than we give credit for. I live in Barbados and it's fairly hot here; I regularly see idle temps high 40s - early 50s Celcius during the daytime, but at night my idle temperatures can get as low as 32 degrees.

It may give you peace of mind if you are comfortable doing the repaste yourself with a higher quality thermal grease. You will likely see a drop of a few degrees if you do a good job.

I live in Bangalore with temps between 25-30 C. My idle temperatures are hot as well 50ish C during the day and 40ish during the night even when the cool boost is on.
Yeah, I guess peace of mind it is. I will try it myself once after looking into some online guides.

shantanuthakur1 yes repasting yourself if youre able to without voiding your warranty with kryonaut or similar its always the best use the spread method only a thin layer covering both diodes its enough too much paste its bad also make sure to clean the fans and exit airflow and that you optimise your windows properly and undervolt also lift the back 2/3" for a proper airflow good luck

Helios 300 already comes with a optimum undervolt. Do you recommend me undervolting it further even if repasting solves the thermal throttling issue? Will it degrade the performance?
