Hello! Did you do any hardware change (eg. add more RAM)? Which Windows version are you using? As of this BSoD... The stopcode NMI_HARDWARE_FAILURE means Non-Maskable Interrupt and usually means a hardware failure. In many cases, it generates due to overheating or due to damage, but your device may be generating NMI by mistake.
The NMI occurs due to RAM error or due to unrecoverable hardware issues. That's why I asked if you added new hardware. For the new Windows 10, it can be handled with the help of machine check exceptions or SMI. There are two reasons for NMI. The first cause is the Hardware Failure problem and the second one is “watchdog timer“. After getting this error your system gets crashed.
First off, can you boot into Windows, or is this occuring before the login screen appears?
Since you already tried a hard reset, I suggest you try the following:

#1: Perform an Automatic Repair, or reinstall Windows.

If you are not able to boot your system in normal mode then try the below steps to boot your Windows 10 installation iso:

Simple insert the installation USB and boot your Windows 10 from there.
In the “Windows setup” page choose the language to install”Time and currency format” and the keyboard or input method” and just click on next”.
Click on Repair Your Computer” and then choose Troubleshoot”.
Now click on the Advanced options” and choose Automatic Repair” and choose the operating system.

You can also press F11 while Windows 10 is booting up and try a System Restore, Startup Repair or Command Prompt (type in "chkdsk /f /r C:" and then press Y.)

If these did not work, install Windows 10 v1909 x64. Perform a clean install. If you are currently using v2004, this might be the issue. Windows 10 v2004 is really buggy and is showing lots of BSoD. I personally use v1903, but v1909 is a stable version too.

Use the following steps if you can boot into Windows:

    #2: Run BSOD Troubleshooter

Run the BSOD troubleshooter in Windows 10. This may work for you to fix the NMI hardware failure error.

Follow the steps to run it:

    • First open the Settings app > Update & Security section.
    • Now, choose Troubleshoot
    • And on the right side > choose Blue Screen > click Run the troubleshooter.

    • Now follow the onscreen instruction

Now check if the NMI error hardware failure is fixed or not.

    #3: Run the SFC Scan

Well, if the troubleshooter failed to fix the NMI HARDWARE FAILURE error, then run the SFC scan on your Windows 10 computer.

Follow the steps to run the SFC scan in Windows 10:

    • Right-click in the Start menu > open Command Prompt (Admin)
    • Now type sfc/scannow > hit Enter

    • Wait for the whole process to complete (approx. 15 minutes)

And after completing restart your computer and check if the NMI hardware failure BSOD error in Windows 10 is fixed or not.

If all of the above steps did not work, it might actually be a hardware issue. You can try going to a service center and ask them to check if there are any hardware issues. You can also try warranty if it's still available. Good luck!
