I have two of these monitors one manufactured in November 2019, the other in May of 2019.  I have some issues sometimes getting the "source" menu to pop up when I try to switch sources. I use one of the monitors for a laptop for work via display port, main pc via HDMI1. It takes a lot of pushing on the menu buttons to bring the menu up at all. It works and I am a little frustrated.  I don't want "autoswitch" on because I usually leave the main pc on and I need to be able to swap to the laptop.

Second concern, there are no drivers at all for the monitors for Windows 10.  All I get is "generic pnp" monitor.  Are there any features or anything I am not going to get due to this?

It sounds like maybe the button doesn't make good contact with the switch behind it. I wonder if they are misaligned by a bit. Does it work better if you add some side pressure?
The monitor is Plug n Play. It tells the OS what it supports when they first connect as part of the communication through the cable. No special drivers needed, theoretically at least. :)
