I have a Acer Triton pt515-51-76z0 laptop.   When I bought it the website advertised the model as having 1tb ssd 2x512gb on raid configuration.  However I quickly realised that the model I bought only has one 512gb ssd.  I am making a claim against the company so I would like to know what ssd was used in the laptop.   Is it a b key or m key and if possible what make so i can claim the money against that.

JonniBravo get hwinfo or hw monitor and check the manufacturer/model/serial etc of all the hardware you have and this is your storage sub system
nvme slots backward compatible with sata and i would say it will probably support up to 2tb drives also the T500 models arent the same in all countries there are many different variants depending on each country could be only 256gb or 512gb in raid 0 or even just 512gb etc...

As u can see here your exact model only has 512gb if they advertised 2x512 its not this model for sure

Sorry mate but simple search shows no sign of advertisement of  2x512 SSDs and about the slots type question  - they are M2
Please click "Yes" if I have answered your question.
