Acer Aspire V3-471G Fn + F3 not working

Is there a way to show Launch Manager (switch for Wi-Fi and Bluetooth) aside from pressing Fn + F3 as that doesn't work for me. The rest of the other Fn functions do work, but this is the only problem. So far I have tried reinstalling Launch Manager and keyboard drivers and tried all other Launch Manager versions from https://www.acer.com/ac/en/PH/content/support-product/4075?b=1, but none fixed the Fn + F3 not working issue. I'm currently using version 5.1.13 (Intended for Windows 7) and I know it works since it shows popups when I toggle Caps Lock, Scroll Lock, Num Lock, Change Volume, etc. I'm running Windows 10 (With all latest updates installed) and installed Launch Manager by running the installer in compatibility mode for Windows 7.

I suggest you wait for microsoft or even acer to launch a driver to fix the problem.

Check the service on the panel and install Quick as an Administrator

Right clicking Setup.exe and running as admin for Quick doesn't help, and shows the same errors as before. I'm not sure what you meant by "Check the service on the panel" but trying to stop RMSvc from task manager returns an error. It is fixed by by following what user jstui said in https://community.acer.com/en/discussion/462421/acer-quickaccesssetup-laptop-model-es1-531-p5sa. So now I have Quick Access installed and uninstalled Launch Manager temporarily. Fn + F3 still does nothing and Quick Access is missing quite some features compared to what is shown in the Quick Access download site.

@egydiocoelho installing that version and Fn + F3 still doesn't work and the program is missing both Wi-fi and Bluetooth switch.

What version of windows are you using? 2004? Try updating the driver for this version:

I am using version 2004, and the the key F3 does work in the keyboard tester. Acer Airplane Mode Controller doesn't show up in any category in device manager but shows a similar one:

But updating by "Search automatically for drivers" shows "The best drivers for your device is already installed".

I believe there must be some problem with the windows updates. I installed version 2004 on an515-51 and the fn + f3 command doesn't work either.

I guess it's a problem with Windows 10 then, Fn + F3 worked before when I was using Windows 7, 8, 8.1, and earlier versions of 10 and stopped somewhere at 19xx but I can't remember what specific update made it stop working.

I know this is late but for some reason, Launch Manager somehow showed up when I was decreasing screen brightness which is Fn + left arrow. I closed it and tried doing it again but this time it does not show up. I tried pressing Fn + random keys that are close to left arrow and it works randomly, for example I press Fn + down arrow Launch Manager shows up but doing it again doesn't always work. This is after I changed from Quick Access to Launch Manager 5.1.13. I used the key tester again to test everything, some problems found, and confirmed with another tester (https://www.keyboardtester.com/). The problems are:
Fn + M shows Ins instead of 0
Fn + . shows Del instead of .
Fn + J shows End instead of 1
Fn + K shows Down Arrow instead of 2
Fn + L shows Page Down instead of 3
Fn + U shows Left Arrow instead of 4
Fn + I shows <undefined> instead of 5
Fn + O shows Right Arrow instead of 6
Fn + 7 shows Home instead of 7
Fn + 8 shows Up Arrow instead of 8
Fn + 9 shows Page Up instead of 9
Fn + 8 shows Up Arrow instead of 8
Tried reinstalling keyboard driver still same problems.
