Adding "Predator" to model name in BIOS

Hi, I'm trying to update my predator sense so I can turn off the bright blue lights on my PO3-600. This article shows my issue: "https://us.answers.acer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/56373". Acer Support wants me to send it to their service centre which is over 100km away, and thus I think it might take a bit too long. I've accessed the UEFI settings to see if I can change the name, but it is greyed out. How can I change it so I can save the hassle of sending it away.

Also, are there any risks of breaking other things in the system by changing the product name or should I just send it to Acer instead?

See that the name that appears here is completely wrong:

Go to that folder:

Then change the name to ``PO3-600`~.

Mine has quotes surrounding it but it's just PO3-600: looks like this: ''PO3-600'~

OK! Change this folder to the same name that appears in the bios:

Did not work, it just says "Sorry! This computer is not supported.".

Ah! That worked, thanks. Sadly it doesn't have the lighting settings show up, so I assume you can't turn it off on the PO3-600? Which is annoying, but nonetheless that worked.
