Yes, there were several G3 models... I expect you won't have an issue with GPU upgrades, but are already pretty much maxed out on the CPU front. How big is your power supply?

I've got the G3-710-ER13 500 w, I've recently just brought 32g of ram and now i've been looking at the  MSI GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER. just wondering if it'll fit / will my pc be able to run it fine. i'd like to get a  AMD Ryzen 9 3900x or Intel i9-9900KF 3.6GHZ will either of them fit with the case/ work with the pc?

You won't be able to upgrade the CPU, your chipset is maxed out with the 7th gen i7 you have, you could potentially move to a 7700K, but you'd also have to upgrade the cooling to handle the extra heat. NVIDIA recommends a 650W PSU with the RTX 2070 Super, so you'll want to upgrade the power at the same time as the GPU.
