    I'm not certain what the exact issue is, or with which system you are having an issue.

    This appears to be your first post, so I'm not sure how we did not respond to an issue.

    Also, the standard warranty would be at least a year, so I'm again unsure how we did not respond.

    What issue are you having with the system?

    It is also possible to contact your local service center via phone, email or chat (varies by region).

    To the ACER technician....

    Reading the initial post it is not hard to figure out what the problem is.......he/she wants to know how to find out their Customer ID/StdReg. - IT IS NOT ROCKET SCIENCE!

    Why does ACer have sucha ***** customer service.

    Why in the application posted above do they ask for something which no one has!!!!!!!!! - Customer ID/StdReg

    I have bought two laptops within the past 3 years both had dead pixels luck this time this one is in warrantydp.jpg This is the damage done to my laptop which is an internal problem - surely the one year warranty must cover this

    The US Acer store shows no phone number to contact them.  Where do we find this inf?   Also, it wouldn't accept e mail without a pass word but showed no way to create an account or password.   Appreciate any help.    Sandra

    Tess, I went onto the web trying to find out what your Acer ID # is. If you registered your product, your ID MIGHT be the e-mail address you used when registering. If not, I'm sorry that I couldn't help.

    @habibur93

    Sorry, what you have there is a cracked LCD, which is not covered by warranty.

    That light crack from the upper left into the center is broken glass.  The blobs of dark are crushed LCD spots leaking.

    @Sandra_H

    Click on FAQ in the upper right corner of the Acer Store.  On the right side, bottom, will be "Contact Customer Service".  The phone number should be visible on that page.
