Hello guys,
I don't know if this is the right place to ask for this particular question, but I decided to give it a try anyway   =)
So, I have an Acer Nitro 5, model AN515-43:
AMD RX 560X 4GB video card
AMD Ryzen 5 3550H(Quad Core) 2.10GHz processor
8GB of ram
1TB HDD
The laptop overall is good for gaming, and in most cases it can run the newest games at reasonable FPS.I've never had any problems with that.
Yesterday I downloaded one of the games that I have been waiting the most-Detroit:become human. Here I should note that I downloaded it from ***** site, it's not original.
Overall I expected that I would be able to run the game smooth at the lowest graphical settings. But I get a hilarious lag spikes, annoying 15 second long(and even more) freezes, crashes, screen tearing, and the game is impossible to be played. I want to note that when these problems are not happening the game runs at around 30-40 fps, which is okay for me, but the mentioned problems above are happening 90% of the time and I can't even play.Every time I start the game with Radeon Software, Game mode is turned on the laptop, I set the priority of the game to high in the task manager, and I use the max fan setting on the Nitro Sense app. I updated to the newest build of Windows, and my Radeon Software version is the newest.
I know that this game is tough and it requires a lot to run good, but is there some way to run this game more smoothly, or I should just give up? I waited for it for so long...
I would be happy if someone can answer me,thank you very much :)
