The entire left side of the screen shifted to the right overlapping in the middle.Help

    Hello, Acer-Manny, 

    I just purchased the exact same monitor as listed above, and I'm having the exact same problem. Mine was also made in June of 2019 according to the sticker on the box. I turned it on, played call of duty for a few hours, exited the game, and as soon as that screen closed the entire left side of the screen shifted to the right overlapping in the middle. It caused distortion on a vertical line down the middle, and a line of white pixels on the left. I turned the monitor on and off using the physical power switch next to the ac input and that seemed to fix the issue as of now. I really love this monitor and would like to keep it, however $500 is a lot of money to spend on something that it doesn't seem like you guys are willing to fix? I have 29 days left to return for a refund but like I said. If there is a fix for this, I would like to go that route first. Thanks
