I am attempting to finally add an SSD in to the open slot of my Acer Predator 17 X GX-792-703D. Everything is all set, I have a compatible SSD, it fits and all, but I don't have the screw necessary to pin it in place.

If anyone knows what size of screw it is that would be a great help and save me from ordering a full screw kit for the laptop. It's the same size of the screw holding in the stock SSD.

SonOfPerdition its very weird indeed the screw should be there by default or even in the box it was shipped with if not that would make me think someone opened it previously might also be a factory error but its rare and as you can see the pics @egydiocoelho posted above for the 2nd ssd you need a bracket kit and thats probably why u dont have the screw there usually comes with the assembly kit which would have to be ordered separately for that model in case you dont have it you should contact acer support directly and ask for one good luck
