Laptop always runnig at very high CPU. Fan always running and always gets quite hot.

Hello Acer Community,

Ive had this laptop a few months now. Ive had nothing but trouble with it. It constantly runs at 100% CPU, but as soon as I open task manager it goes down from 100% very quickly and normalises. The fan's constantly running and it gets quite hot. I have it insured but brought it back to where i purchased it before lockdown. They said the new BIOS update would help. This did not do anything. Ive never had this issue befire and i thought the Core i3 10th gen was much better than this. Im extremely dissatisfied and angry about this as this was not a cheap purchase. I am only a college student. Any help and guidance would be extremely appreciated.
