I was using my laptop and suddenly the screen just blackout but the backlit keyboard was still on.  I reset my laptop with the power key. Again I tried to open my laptop but the situation was the same. Backlit keyboard was on but the screen was dead also predator logo on back lid isn't lighting up. I tried the power drain and also reattached the RAM. But still situation is the same. What seems to be the problem and what could be the right solution ?

pnafi im assuming its a 2019 model correct ? if so try a battery powerdrain via power button because the 2019 do not have the battery pinhole switch and leave it to rest for a few hours to drain all capacitors after try to get into the bios and reset setup to defaults (if still no image try with a external display/tv to check if you have any image) also another thing you could do if you dont have any warranty stickers would be to disassemble it and disconnect the battery and also the rtc battery leave it off for the same time i stated also check the display cable if its properly connected either on the display side or the mobo but if you have warranty seals do not open it or you will void your warranty if nothing works and you cant open it the best would be contact acer support directly and send it back to get it diagnosed same goes if youre able to open it and also no results bare in mind most times upgrading the ram the laptops has to reboot 3/4 times to get the timings correct in the bios and this causes no image and if the ram becomes faulty (its rare but can happen) it will just wont boot you will get the result youre currently having or even the display or cable itself again its rare but can happen
