Hi... I’m having issues with my Acer XR342CK | SNID XXXXXXX external monitor which flickers off and on and eventually it gets bad enough it starts to pop as if there is an electrical shortage. I had this issue before in which I had to pay close to ($300) for shipping and they replace the motherboard with a CaseID: XXXXXXXX. The monitor is no longer under warranty and I reached out to AnswersBy for after warranty support who informed me that they don’t support hardware and advised to reach out to local tech. I’ve reached out multiple electronic stores and authorize resellers such as CompuCom, Computype, Office Depot, MacWorld, Microcenter and many local sites and the all reference to contact the manufacture. The only store that will be able to fix is Best Buy Geek Squad in which they will have to ship it to the ZAND Group and the estimate repair is worth more than what I purchased the monitor ($974 vs $730). I’m going in circles here.

I just need to know if this monitor is deemed no longer repairable at fair reasonable price (I can’t afford paying $300 for shipping alone) with the parts and labor or that is considered no longer repairable so that I can move on with another purchase as AnswerBy offered a 10% discount for a purchase of a new Acer monitor.

Best Regards
