Hi all,
I just bought a 2020 model Acer Swift 3 (SF314-58G-54XQ).  The laptop does not appear to accept a charge or power itself when connected to a 60W USB-C charger and USB-C/USB-C cable rated at 3A.
Specifically, an Aukey USB-C charger with 60W capacity (https://shop.aukey.com/products/60w-dual-port-pd-charger-with-dynamic-detect) and an OtterBox 2M cable (https://www.otterbox.com/en-us/otterbox/usb-c-c-cable/otr-usb-c-c-cable.html).
Am I missing something????  Does this laptop not charge via USB-C???
Thanks!
Brad

Your model supports charging other devices over the USB-C port (5VDC at 3A), but not charging the laptop itself.
