Acer aspire damaged 😞 😭 by service engineer please help

I had to replace the motherboard so I filled compliment repair request and the service engineer came and replaced but also he made several damaged 😞😭😞😞😞 to my laptop  I am relay disappointed because it's new laptop 

This bubble is hitting the laptop screen 😡😡 not able close the lid😣😣

i have purchased it from online and in warranty it's ceraly writing physical damage not covered so is there and solution for. This please 😟😟☹️ reply and try to resolve my problem

wow that is really bad i would file a complaint if i were you. it looks like the repair guy was trying to open your laptop with a crowbar or a knife. this is so shameful and embarassing. don't let them get away with this!
