Hi, I forgot my screen lock password and did a factory reset. Now, when I verify my account with my email and password, it takes me round in circles.

So, the "verifying your account" screen asks for my email, I put it in, it brings my name up, with my email address displayed under it. It then asks for my password. When I enter the password, it moves to the "checking info" screen, then takes me back to the "verifying your account" screen. I know the email is correct, why would it bring my name up if it wasn't? I know the password is correct, it tells me when I input an incorrect password. I've also tried my phone number. It doesn't display my name, but it goes through the same process. It's driving me crazy. An advice would be greatly appreciated.

I think your model is the B1-850, is there a chance it's not connecting to your wireless at that point? If it tries to verify the name/password combo with Google and can't reach them it would do just that.

Thanks for your reply. Not having a problem connecting to wifi, in fact it connected super fast! I read elsewhere that Android has a 24hr security lock down after factory resets, so will try again tomorrow.

Good enough, let us know if it works, or if it doesn't. :)
