Hello, I want to change my Profile Picture on this website but how can I upload the picture from changing the Profile Picture?

Hi,
Click your user name at the top, click Preferences at the next page, then click Change My Picture, scroll down and click choose file and click save.

Uh just like yours you have that choose file button-
