Yesterday I was able to connect bluetooth devices to my laptop with no issue. Today, however, my laptop cannot use bluetooth. When I go into settings, there is no toggle button to turn bluetooth on or off. In device manager, I have to click View > Show hidden devices for bluetooth to appear, and all devices listed under it have the bluetooth symbol greyed out. All drivers are updated to the newest version, both automatically and manually from Acer. I've run the bluetooth troubleshooter and it displays "Bluetooth is not available on this device". I've also run the hardware troubleshooter and it says it cannot find the issue. I don't know what else to do.

For reference:
Laptop Model: Acer Aspire A515-51G-85EX
WLAN and Bluetooth Module QCNFA435 (I have a combined network and bluetooth card, but wifi still works perfectly)

Try pressing the FN+F3 toggle key combo off and then on again. If no joy, open ControlPanel, search 'restore point'. Click 'create a restore point'. In the box that pops up, is SystemProtection turned on. If yes, click 'system restore' button. Click 'next'. Do you see a restore point with a date stamp for June 11th? Jack E/NJ
