Secure Boot does not appear within BIOS at all

I have searched all over site on this issue and ever response says the bios screen should have secure boot as an option, either grayed out or active.

I can not find it anywhere within the bios.  I have tried adding a supervisor password, etc.  Its a AMI bios and UEFI is enabled but there is no option to change that either.  The first boot option is set to UEFI Windows Manager.  Within Windows system, bios mode is set to UEFI but is not changeable there.  I have also tried to go through Advanced Setup Configuration, but UEFI does not appear there either.

The issue I am trying to fix is the inability to add an external video card. It boots and loads off the integrated video card.  With a GT630 or GT710, I only get a long beep and two short beeps on start up (which would indicate a video error) and the setup screen doesn't even come up.  I have tried two brand new cards and the motherboard is new.  The only thing I can figure is that the secured boot is restricting me from recognizing the device.

Any help would be appreciated.
