My second gpu is idle most of the time when playing games

Since I bought the Acer Nitro 5 AN515-42 specs: Proccesor AMD ryzen 7 2700U with Radeon Vega Mobile Gfx. 16 gb ram of memory. GPU 1 AMD Radeon Rx 10 Graphics. GPU 2 Radeon RX 560X Series
When I bought my computer, it always felt like it lacked strenght, and after 6 months I found out that it wasn't using my GPU 2, and now that I know that, I tried looking up how to activate it, but nothing works, Selecting max perfomance in Power Station, Using Radeon software to select specific settings. Nothing has worked out from what i've read up on, also because most of them are for Nvidia and not AMD. 

So basically, my gpu 2 doesn't work proberly and seems to be idle all the time. Giving me only 1 gb Ram to game with.

You need to add that game.exe file in amd radeon software if you want that game to run in dedicated gpu.

Using amd radeon 2020 edition?

i am very sorry for the late respons. 
I did add some games to the software, but none of the games are using my GPU 2

Don't worry!!! Just do these steps then launch your game from amd radeon software.

-set high performance in nitrosense both AC AND BATTERY THEN CLOSE

-After setting up from nitrosense right click on battery option in taskbar and go to power option

-then go to change plan setting (right side of the high performance plan)

-Then go to change advance power settings

-Then find and expand Switchable Dynamic Graphics then expand Global Settings and set maximize performance in both PLUGGED IN AND ON BATTERY

-then find amd graphics power settings then expand Amd powerplay settings and set maximize performance in both PLUGGED IN AND ON BATTERY

-set maximum performance if you have this option available

-apply and exit then enjoy!!!

I did what you showed me, though I had already done most of it.
I went into minecraft to test if it works, but it either is not showing or is still not working.

That's why!!!
Many gamers already complained that Minecraft java edition not using dedicated gpu.
This is game problem and better if you contact game developers 

But I didn't think they can help because I don't know but something wrong with java edition

I will try another game to see if it works...

Just played a level of L4D2 and all I can say is Thank you, my GPU 2 is running when playing and it runs hella smooth. 
But on the other hand, when I tested out Borderlands Pre-Sequel it spiked very rarely, and seemed inactive.
This was when i played Borderlands:

For borderlands you need to add that game launch.exe in amd radeon software

I tried Re-Adding Borderlands by going into the steam folder instead of using the one on my desktop, but nothing changed.

I tried Launcher.exe and BorderlandsThePreSequel.exe and none of them uses my 2nd GPU for some reason.
It does work with League of Legends though, for some reason I have never had any problems with that.
