Acer Nitro 5 AN515-54-53RN lag spike issues. Please help!

So this is my 3rd Acer laptop since 2008. I bought this laptop (Acer Nitro 5) last August 2019, I guess. It's almost a year now, but to tell you honestly I've been experiencing this lag spike issues on my laptop since day 1. It happens everytime I play a game on my laptop and I experience it as well just in regular browsing. I know that the laptop is with me for a long time but I just complained now because I always play games nowadays due to quarantine. The lag spikes lasts for about 3 to 5 seconds and it's really annoying when I'm playing Dota 2 or Counter Strike, just because of those few seconds of lag, it ruins the game for me. Please I badly need some help to fix this problem. I already did some research in this community, but the answers provided were not helpful and it does not resolve my problem. Please help Acer team, been a loyal customer for more than a decade now.

This is my current settings in Nitrosense. I play when my laptop is in charge, also tried the GPU to maximum, also tried both GPU and CPU to maximum, but I still experience the lag spike issues. Please help me.
