Red line across screen

I started having this issue a couple weeks ago, after mounting my displays on a stand. Monitor is an Acer X223W.
I am thinking it might be some ribbon cable between the panel and the board, as if I move it around the problem goes away for a few secs and come back.
Anyone on here have experience troubleshooting these monitors?
Yeah I know they're old.
