Installing a RTX 2060

Hi I bought my Acer N50-600 desktop 1 year ago and now I'm looking to upgrade my GPU.
Maby in the long run also my CPU.
Now i read so mutch negative reviews about the N60-600, while I don't experience them, I read that it's not possible to change the CPU or powersupply.
My qeustion is: Can I add a RTX 2060 Super gaming X on my motherboard and can I add later on a new CPU?

My system:
CPU: I5 9400F
Motherboard: N/A (CPU-Z info: Nitro n50-600)
Memory: DDR4 16GB
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 TI
Power: 500WATT

For performing both GPU and processor upgrade.
The question of the GPU, should check and evaluate the following points:

1- if the current PSU will support the new load and if there are necessary cables
2- if physically, the GPU fits in the case
3- whether it will be necessary to update the internal cooling system
