Basically my laptop was failing to boot, I could hear the NVMe's sound and HDD's sound but screen was black, I lighted it with a flashlight and it was still black, so nothing about the screen. I did a battery reset and it worked. Now, I'm in Event Viewer and it shows this as an error:

[Alert] Event 37, Kernel Processor-Power (Microsoft-Windows-Kernel-Processor-Power)
First processor in 0 group's speed is being limited by manufactorer software. Processor's power is being limited since 71 seconds after last report.

I have this alert for each core of the processor.
I have some errors for system shutdowns but I need to do it myself because it wasn't opening.

Also I have this error:
[Error] Event 7011, Service Control Manager
Timeout occuired while waiting response from CDPUserSvc_57a7d (3000 miliseconds)

Also this one:
[Error] Event 29, Kernel-Boot
Windows couldn't do fast boot with error code: 0xC00000D4

CPU error is repeated there for 3 times.
Note that all of these errors occuired when PC was failing to boot. Also error messages might not be 100% same, I translated them to English.

Update: PC isn't booting at all now, even after a battery reset. Please help.

Another update: Nothing on display, but sleep button works. So probably my display is dead.

Update: CPU error shows up in logs again. Laptop works for now.
