PRO MIC 3.5mm issue G3-571

Issue:
Condenser Mic not being recognized by XLR to 3.5mm input. Device prompt appears, but nothing happens after selection. System will only utilize headset mic or built-in Mic Array
(cables and phantom power supply were tested w/ another system, mic worked fine)

Troubleshooting attempts:
Using 3.5mm Headset/ Microphone Y-Splitter - no effect
Using Win 10 Recording app - no effect
Using RealTek HD manager application to force input - no effect
Uninstalling RealTek Drivers and Using generic RT drivers, no effect
Uninstalling Dolby Audio - no effect
Toggling mutiple settings in Sound Control Panel propertes - no effect
Multiple Restarts - no effect
Manually selecting input from Voicemeter - no effect
Manually selecting input from Discord - no effect

Hardware:
G3-571 Helios 300
Audio Technica AT2020 Cartiod Condenser Streamer mic
Innogear 229 48v phantom power supply
XlR and XLR to 3.5mm cables

Software:
Win 10 1809 update
Discord
Steam
Voicemeter
Audacity
