Same question lots of people do. Why does the nitro 5 has problems trying to run every single game

My problem is I have a Nitro five an515-52, I have made everything to try and run games the way it is supposed to be with a "gaming laptop", I have reinstalled windows, used DDU, set an energy plan, messed up with envidia control panel, undervolt, throttle stop, repaste, you name it and I think I've try it. The thing is every game I try runs at 60ish fps, but suddenly, every now and then it has lag, micro stuttering that for a gaming laptop and for games that have been there for a while ( not new games) is not nice, I've asked in spanish in this community and have not found a solution to this problem, that in fact seems to be a normal issue with this (crappy?) piece of hardware. I still hope to find a solution to the issue, 'cause the amount of money I invested in this laptop was high hoping for it to be good. The stuttering and so, I have lived with it by playing in a non gaming laptop, but I did not expected it for a so called gaming laptop, even so it is an entry level one. I wont send the laptop to Acer support cause reading from other post the answer I will be getting is that everything is fine...if it were I wouldn't be here asking again for help. I'm very disaponted, I feel like I was scammed. You could say it runs Moba games (may be it does) but those are not the games I had in mind to play in my "gaming" laptop. I guess I wont find an answer at all, lets hope I do. At least my dissapointment has been exteriorized through this post. Also English is not my native language, so I apologise for the bad grammar

2. Click NVIDIA Control Panel

3. Click Manage 3D Settings on the left menu

4. Click the drop down menu for Preferred graphics processor under the Global Settings tab

5. Select High-performance NVIDIA processor from the list

6. Click Apply to save your changes.

1)add you game in nvidia software and set high performance nvidia processor→now you can play your games

2)download→run userbenchmark then post result link here

Hello, I've notice that my gpu usage drops to 0 when the stutter happens, been searching in google for a solution but cant find any...

yes it seems, just watchig the video again made me realize. Also, when I used Aida 64 even before I started any test it said I had overheating...I used kryonaut, somebody told me that if I use Liquid metal it would damage the copper pipeline

Did you apply thermal paste correctly?(you need to apply tiny amount of paste)
Did you clean fans,air vents and old thermal paste?

@GAMING6698 I didn't do it myself I paid a technician to do so, although I was present.  Now I feel maybe he used too much product; about  thefans and air vents they're clean

So, I have an update, I've managed to get the games to run more smoothly either by adding the game (steam) folder to the exceptions in Windows Defender, also I downloaded Razer Cortex GameBooster, I don't really know what worked the miracle, but now the stutter is minimal, like less than before and for like a milisecond if I can call it that.
