How much of a temperature decrease should I expect with Arctic MX4 on a 2+ year old Helios 300?

As the title says, I’ve had the laptop for 2+ years and it would stay around the 80s in GPU and CPU temperature. I’ve done a lot of optimizations and undervolts but it is now reaching 85ish on the GPU. How much degrees less can I expect with the thermal paste?

Humm, usually over 90C is starting to be critical and the throttling and BOSDs begins to appear, so there is something fishy here. Don`t expect improvement over 7-10C when you re-paste and be prepared the first couple of boots to have a little less improvement

Leave it so as 85ish is very good for a heavy load. Consider re-paste when you start reaching over 90C.

But at 85 degrees Celsius, the keyboard feels hot and also for the last few days it has been restarting on its own, it seems to restart with a blue screen once it reaches around 85ish degrees.
