AN515-54 HDD Stuttering Problem

Hello and good day Acer Community.

I am having stuttering problems when running any application or software that is installed on my HDD (games, internet browsers, office softwares, IDEs). Stuttering appers for 1-2 sec. and when it is happening a spinning sound comes from the HDD.
It seems to be happening when a new action is appered in the software that is on the run.

For Example:
-When casting a new spell on a game
-Copying a sentence in a office application for first time.
-Opening a tab in a web browser for first time.
-Using auto complete for the first time in a IDE.

All of those above problems don't happen any application or software that is installed on my SSD.
