Hi. I bought my Predator helios 300 (2019) around a year ago with the 2060 and i5. I've noticed that my gpu base clock speeds never stay constant and are generally much lower than it should be. Hence stutters. I've tried messing around in Nvidia control panel to put power saving options into high performance. I'm guessing it's a thermal issue because nowadays even charging my laptop normally without any load heats it up like crazy to the 70s. While gaming the gpu temps go all the way upto 86 degrees even with the max fans on. Not sure what to do because I see youtubers use this exact same model and get very good frames, but my performance is poor.
