Hi!

Yesterday I bought a new laptop ACER Aspire 3 i5-1035G1 / 8GB / 512GB and I have a big problem with it, namely the fan runs very loudly and turns on every now and again, even after starting, after turning on the browser, etc. I did not run any games. A new laptop, and louder than my old 6 year old laptop.

I updated the Bios drivers to the latest ones, but it did not help.

The problem does not appear when the laptop only works on batteries.

It can't be that starting a straight side starts the fan to the max. What to do?

be patient, most probably, the windows 10 is working on updates. let the laptop on for awhile  and watch the processor on task manager. hit the details tab and order the processes by "cpu".
the cpu workload is triggering your fan to blow out the heat.
as you said, on battery, given the fact that cpu is probably working on a lower frequency, it does not dissipate much heat, thus there is no need for overspinning fan, or even not spinning at all.
this is the case on my ryzen 2200u, on adaptor it works on max 3.4 ghz while on battery on 1.6 ghz.
