I noticed that my acer nitro 5 AN515-42 have ridiculous slow speed. I checked with cpuz and task manager and here are the results.

What happens when you stress the laptop? Does it go up? CPU-Z not showing current speed is weird thou...

It does not. If I try to play league of legends I'm having <10fps on very low. Premiere pro speed also slow when I try to use it. Everything is slow even windows processes

It happens rare but it might be that the ram is going to die. Try with another stick to exclude HW issue.

    Good evening Kuroryuu !

Absolutely nothing wrong with the RAM.
    The information is correct.
DDR stands for "double throughput", that is, memories run on clock cycles.
With each pulse they transmit two blocks of data.
In this case it would be 1333 with 2 pulses per clock generating 2666.

But why is my laptop is so slow if my ram is running alright?

    Hi @Kuroryuu
Have you tried switching the RAM to the other slot? If not, remove it and wipe the pins with a soft cloth and insert in the other slot, then go to BIOS screen, move to the Main tab and press F9 (Setup Defaults) button on the keyboard, press F10 to save and exit.

Task manager shows the real speed and not the half like cpu-z, so the  ram is not ok!

    Not exactly.
It will depend on several factors:
Controller access support, driver version, software version, etc.
I know of several cases in which CPUz displayed information contrary to other software.

To confirm the speed that the memory modules are operating, use these steps:

    1. Open Start.
    2. Type Command Prompt, right-click the top result and select the Run as administrator option.
    3. Type the following command to determine the memory speed and press Enter:

      wmic memorychip get devicelocator, speed

    4. See the speed of the memory modules (in MHz) under the "Speed" column.

Note that the maximum access limit to the RAM frequency of this mprocessor is 2400Mhz: https://www.amd.com/pt/products/apu/amd-ryzen-7-2700u
In this case, as the controllers are not supported, the frequency may be limited.
Is this RAM an XMP profile?

Nope, it is  normal RAM stick as there is no SPD extention in the CPZ-Z screenshot in the first post.

    An update:

I unchecked fast startup on power options and I can feel it's faster now. I noticed that my cpu's speed is stucked at 0.40 GHz. Now it's 2.++GHz
