I bought my laptop SF315-52G-82TV-US on 6 June 2019.
Unfortunately, I've faced the problem with touchpad recently. Physical click does not work properly, I have to push hard on the panel to click was recognized.
At first, I requested to local Acer service in Russia (I got an international warranty confirmation before in live chat), but they refused and told me to send the request in USA Acer Servies because my laptop was purchased on Amazon.
I prefer using live chat support, however, after typing my SNID I was surprised to know that the serial number is no longer eligible for warranty support. I was confused and check the status

I found
this convenient service exactly for my case, created the request with all necessary information on 05/19/2020, and got the no-reply submission on email. However, I did not get any answer.
I repeated it and again no reaction. How you can see, actually my warranty should end on 6 June. So I can not wait any longer.
Please, tell me, someone, what should I do?
