What is wrong with my Acer Predator 17 when the battery won't charge but laptop works plugged in?

Hello, I have since today a problem.

My battery says like on the picture 0%

If i pluged in I can use the laptop, but after i remove it, the laptop shut down instantly.

Is this a software or a battery/ac problem?

Do it:

a) try uninstalling the ac adapter and battery drivers in the device manager:

b) then disable fast startup in the device manager and turn off the notebook:

c) try resetting the battery like this:

d) if the battery reset does not work, check if this button next to the ram is being pressed correctly:

I tried that button quite a few times but it didnt work. 
I tried doing this
-> Resetting battery (by pressing reset button for ~30 sec. and I tried it for about 4-5 times)
-> Unplugging charger, restarting/shutdown pc.
-> uninstalling the AC adapter software

today I tried pressing reset button while Laptop is on but battery didn't gave any response (didn't turn off pc). I was thinking that it will turn off but it didnnt (I kept laptop plugged in).
What can I do in this case?

The button must be pressed with a few layers of electrical tape:

If this does not work, check the battery status with hwinfo64.

Your battery wears 67.5%. You must purchase another battery, but one that contains the same voltage as the original battery.
