I turned on my computer and this is the screen - pic attached. Does anyone know if I go to the exit button or what?

Yes, looks perfectly normal there. Do a F10 save and exit and it'll reboot. If this comes up often it's likely a sign the CMOS battery has reached end of life and needs to be replaced. That's normal after 3-7 years or so, depending in usage. I believe your machine is a netbook that originally came with Windows 7, right? Windows 7 was released in 2007 so it could be as old as 10+ years. Is it still running W7 or have you upgraded it to W10 (or W8/W8.1)? Unfortunately your model has a soldered in CMOS battery, so unless you have decent soldering skills and equipment it is best to take it to a technician to have the battery replaced. Likely they would replace it with a socket and battery, so when it goes bad next (ten years down the road it sounds like) you'll be able to just pop the old one out and put a new one in. :)

    Hi Billsey,
Thank you soooooooooooooo much for responding! I appreciate it. It has settled my worried thoughts.

Okay, so I have done the F10, however it's gone back to the same screen again......

Do you get anything else on the screen between turning it on and the BIOS setup? If it were just the CMOS battery you would only get this once. After the F10 it should boot into the OS. Is there any chance you have a stuck key on the keyboard? It might be asking for the BIOS setup with a stuck key.
